Galena Wellbeing Environmental policy

Our services are delivered face-to-face and online, giving clients the environmentally beneficial option of receiving services in their own home, via a video link.

We use little paper in our service delivery, keeping most communications electronic. We offer digital poetry options, which can be enjoyed without any printing.

Our stock levels for handmade goods are not kept unnecessarily high.

We hand-make all our own products, using a combination of hand and machine sewing. We do not outsource the manufacture of our handmade decorations and gifts - our only outsourcing agreement is with Printful.

Our print-on-demand agreement with Printful means that there is no wastage. Printful offer a range of environment friendly print options, all of which we are happy to explore with customers.
