Welcome to the Holistic Wellbeing Services section, where I focus on enhancing your mind, body, and soul through a range of transformative practices. My journey into holistic health began years ago when I trained as a holistic therapist and became attuned to Reiki healing (Levels 1, 2, and Master).

The Japanese word reiki means universal energy. Eastern medicine systems work with this energy, which they believe flows through all living things and is vital to well being. Reiki isn't part of any type of religion or belief system.

Connecting with my spiritual self and integrating holistic practices have profoundly transformed my life, helping me navigate through some of the most challenging moments with resilience and clarity.
